How to Spa

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL - Please arrive 15 minutes early. This will ensure that you have time to check in and have a cup of tea and begin to unwind before your treatment. Late arrival could result in a shorter service time.

MALE OR FEMALE THERAPIST - Yes, you may request a male or female technician.

SPA APPAREL - You may come in your choice of attire. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and that you leave your jewelry at home. Once you enter Remède Spa & Wellness Center, you will be escorted to our Rejuvenation room to await your technician. You will be escorted to a private room where you can undress and you will be fully draped for your treatments, however you may wear undergarments if you prefer. If you have more than one treatment you may put on a robe and slippers to transfer to your next treatment.

REMÈDE ROBES - Our Remède Robes are available for purchase and are a wonderful way to slip back into luxury and relax at home, just as you did at our Spa. They are microfiber robes which will go through more than 100 washes and look as good as they do new.

COUPLES ROOM - Yes, we do have a Treatment Suite for Two and you may request it! Enjoy a relaxing therapeutic massage or facial with a loved one or friend to make your day at the spa something you can share. (A door may be pulled between the rooms for extended privacy.)

PRIVATE ROOMS - All of our treatment rooms are completely individual and private. Our goal at Remède Spa & Wellness Center is to help you to relax and unwind.

WHICH FACIAL FOR MY SKIN - Please feel free to consult with your Esthetician at the time of your appointment. She will analyze your skin and make recommendations as to which facial will best suit your skin's needs. She will make you aware of any extra charges for upgrading your facial. A customized home care regimen will also be be discussed in order to ensure long-lasting results. We want to help you manage your skin.

MAKE-UP AFTER A FACIAL - Your Esthetician can lightly dust a fine, mineral powder that acts as a foundation, powder, concealer and sunscreen. You will fall in love with this make-up line that is weightless, oil free and full of vitamins and antioxidants. Please request extra time for this. Talk with your Esthetician or our spa concierge about scheduling your make-over today!

REJUVENATION ROOM - Remède Spa & Wellness Center's Rejuvenation Room may be utilized anytime you have services. Please remember other guests will also be relaxing so please respect their quiet time as well. No electronic devices please.

THERAPIST OR TECHNICIAN - While we certainly encourage relationship building between each technician and their regular clients, we encourage our customers to try working with different Team Members. Each technician has her or his own personal style and specific areas of expertise, so it is only natural to want to find the person or persons who best suit your specific needs. The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your services as well as your service provider!

GRATUITIES - If you feel you have received a good service you may show it by offering a gratuity to any of our Team members who assist you. Usually the gratuity rate is from 15-20% of the spa service(s) you received.

MINOR CHILDREN- Children between 10 and 17 years of age may receive services but are required to have a signed consent for services form from a parent or guardian. Those between the ages of ten and twelve must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the treatment.

SPA ETIQUETTE = Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, out of consideration for other guests; please speak softly throughout the spa. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or placed in silent mode before entering the spa, no exceptions. No photographs are permitted. Children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the Spa at any time.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY - Product in original condition is returnable within 14 days of purchase with receipt for boutique credit only. Our return policies are in accordance with those of our suppliers therefore exceptions are not permitted. All purchases of sale merchandise, dried floral arrangements, and jewelry are final.
