Reservations Our reservations desk is open six days a week. Please call
972-572-1772, Monday through Saturday, during regular business hours.
Our friendly spa concierge will assist you. All appointments are to be
reserved with a Remede Gift Card, major credit card or pre-payment.
Scheduling Appointments We recommend calling a week or two in advance to schedule your
appointment. Those wanting to schedule multiple appointments or
Saturdays should call as soon as possible to accommodate your preferred
appointment day and time. Do check with us for even a last minute
request or ask to be put on notice of any cancellations.
Cancellation Protocol Thank you for understanding we make our living by reserving time for
our clients.
Remede requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all single
services. For multiple services or specials, a 48 hour notice of
cancellation is required. If a reservation is not properly cancelled or
a choice is made not to show for the appointment(s) a percentage of the
service(s) is assessed to partially compensate the therapist(s). Fifty
percent for weekday appointments and 100% for Saturday appointments.
Gift Giving Gift Cards may be purchased for any monetary amount and can be used
for services and retail items. No coupons or discounts may be applied
toward the value of a Gift Card. A monthly service fee of $5 applies to
Gift Cards one year after purchase. Gift Cards may be purchased by phone
to be mailed for a small postage and handling fee. Instant Gift
Certificates may also be purchased online at

Certificates expire one year after purchase. No Gift Cards or
Certificates may be refunded.
On the Day of your Appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to ensure that your
services run as smoothly as possible. New clients should arrive 15
minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill our
client information. Arriving late will reduce the length of the
treatment. Certain treatments may need to be rescheduled. To ensure the
availability of your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend
scheduling your next visit before you leave.
Jewelry and Valuables
We’re sorry, we cannot be responsible for any lost valuables. Please
leave jewelry and watches at home.
Special Note
Remede creates a peaceful environment for you to enjoy your service(s).
It would be greatly appreciated if all electronic devices were silenced
upon entering the spa. As a courtesy to all guests, please refrain from
bringing children to the Spa unless they are receiving services. Remede
offers services to those 12 and over.

Refer a friend who may not have visited Remede Spa, and we will send you
a $10.00 Gift Certificate toward and service! Please make sure they
mention you name when they fill out their new client profile.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not required or expected, although always appreciated by
staff members. If you feel you have received a good service you may show
it by offering a gratuity to any Team Members who assist you. A common
gratuity is 15-20% of the spa service(s) you received. Go Green, Give
Green! Envelopes can be provided if you wish to give cash to your
therapist.
