RESERVATIONS
Our reservation desk is open six days a week.  Please call (972) 572-1772, Monday through Saturday during regular business hours.  Our friendly spa concierge will assist you.  First or multiple appointments are to be guaranteed using a major credit card or pre-payment.

CHECK-IN
Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure that your services run as smoothly as possible.  New clients should arrive 15 min. prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out client forms.  Arriving late will reduce the length of the treatment.  Certain treatments may need to be rescheduled.  To ensure the availability of your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend scheduling your next visit before you leave.

CANCELLATION PROTOCOL

Thank you for understanding - we make our living by reserving time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment as to be on time for yours. For services totaling less than 2 hours, we require 24 hour notice in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. For services totaling 3 or more hours we require 48 hours notice of cancellation. All reservations scheduled are reserved with a credit card or gift certificate. A $25 per hour charge for weekday appointments and a 100% charge for Saturday appointments will be assessed if the reservation is not cancelled within this window or a choice is made not to show for the appointment(s).

SPECIAL NOTE

Remede™ creates a peaceful environment for you to enjoy your service(s). It would be greatly appreciated if all pagers and all cell phones would be turned off upon entering the spa.  The most important ingredient at Remede™ Spa & Wellness Center is you, our client.  As a courtesy to all guests, please refrain from bringing children to the Spa unless they are receiving services. Remede offers services to those 12 and over. We welcome any questions that you may have. GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not required or expected, although always appreciated by our staff members.  If you feel you have received good service you may show it by offering a gratuity to any Team Members who assist you.  Usually the gratuity rate is from 15-20% of the spa service(s) you received.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a friend who may not have visited Remede Spa, and we will send you a $10.00 Gift Certificate toward any service valued at $50 or more.
